All custom work including SEO strategies, software development, and consulting are non-refundable once delivered or initiated. We provide revisions within scope to ensure satisfaction, but we do not offer refunds.

SaaS Products

SaaS subscriptions (e.g., Bookster, CRMly, Trackflow) purchased via their individual websites include a 7-day refund window starting from the date of purchase. Refunds will only be processed if:

• The cancellation request is submitted within 7 days
• The SaaS service has not been misused or abused

After 7 days, no refunds are issued.
